    Just the best recommendation!

Just the best recommendation!! 110% service! From communication to fast delivery. They are very helpful, friendly and ready to help and answer all questions. I ordered Be Lenka shoes — they are so comfortable. My toes finally have lots of freedom, like without shoes. Best recommendations for both the service and the shoes!!

    Fantastic experience!

Fantastic service and incredibly competent people behind Footfolk! Great selection of barefoot shoes. I have used barefoot shoes for almost 2 years and really looked for a place in Jutland where you can try the shoes before buying. If you are a first-time buyer or interested in barefoot shoes and come from Jutland, stop by Footfolk — they will guide you well.

    Really great help and guidance

Really great help and guidance finding the right shoes in their showroom in Odder. Good selection of different shoes and brands. We will definitely come back for winter boots!

    Great assortment and customer service

I warmly recommend Footfolk. They have a great assortment and deliver good customer service. We had bought a pair of kids’ shoes where the sole came loose at the heel after minimal use. We contacted Footfolk about repair or replacement. They replied kindly and refunded the full amount without further questions. That is praiseworthy and great service.

    Absolutely top service at Footfolk

Absolutely top service at Footfolk and ALWAYS a wish to find the right pair for each person. We buy all our shoes here for two adults and three children, and if there are special wishes (especially from picky teenagers), Andreas always finds something they like or orders it in for them.

    Excellent

Absolutely fantastic service. Really good communication. I had ordered a pair of boots, but by mistake they were not in stock. I was immediately offered a similar, slightly more expensive pair for the same price. I accepted, and the next day I had them — something you rarely experience when shopping online. I am very satisfied, and it will definitely not be the last time I shop at Footfolk.

    Happy to shop here again!

I rarely buy shoes online because I have often experienced delays and wrong sizes elsewhere. But Footfolk was a really good experience — easy ordering, fast delivery. I bought both shoes and boots from Be Lenka, and as someone with slightly flat feet I was surprised how much better the fit and comfort were than expected. Ordering, delivery and customer service — all excellent!

Not my last purchase at Footfolk

I have now shopped twice with Footfolk — first at an open showroom and then online. Will definitely return because of the great selection and superb service.
